Did you know that there are different types of skin, whose care depends ultimately on its basic characteristics? We may find normal skin, dry skin with oily skin or combination skin. The reality is that all can be easily distinguished, as each has some symptoms and with certain problems.
For dry skin, this is a type of skin has no moisture. It is situated a little beyond what many experts consider as a normal skin, as it produces less fat or fat that is. This translates into something very simple: no fat or lipid required to retain moisture effectively. The result is more than obvious: not being able to form a ‘shield’ guard against the various and different external influences, tends to dry more easily.
How is dry skin
The skin is dry when it presents excessive drying in the most visible areas of the face. In fact its consequences are not only visible on the face, but also in the hair.

They include for example moisturizing cleansing milk, which help in avoiding the feeling of tightness. Once you have cleaned the skin is convenient rinse with a little warm water to finally apply yourself an astringent tonic that does not have alcohol (since otherwise tend to dry over the skin).

Yogurt and honey mask: you need 4 tablespoons unsweetened natural yogurt, 1 tablespoon of oatmeal and 2 tablespoons of honey. To elaborate mix all ingredients in a bowl, stir well using a wooden spoon until a sort of cream is formed. Apply it on the face, leaving it on for 15 minutes. Finally remove it by washing the skin with warm water.
Egg and avocado mask: you need 1 egg yolk, 1 avocado and 1 tablespoon wheat germ. Peel the avocado, remove seeds, cut into pieces and mash well with a fork. Add wheat germ and egg yolk and mix well. Extends the cream using your fingers in a circular motion, and let stand 15 minutes. then remove with warm water.
Other habits that will help
Follow a healthy and balanced diet: as the little balanced diet can influence the appearance of dry skin, it is important to take care diet and base in natural fresh foods. Particularly noteworthy are the richest in vitamins such as vitamin A, C and biotin or B7, plus minerals like zinc foods.
Hydrate properly: a regular intake of water is essential to maintain good skin health. It is advisable to drink enough water, which will significantly improve the appearance of dry skin. Opt for 1.5 to 2 liters of water a day (about 8 glasses).
